all shimano hubs are loose bearings,an not sure wiv the xtr or saints,but just about all others have trouble staying where there supposed to,ie.the cones, mine were so bad that had to stop two three times a day to nip em back up,not what you want when all ur mates are having fun an ur playing mechanic! but thats just my experince wiv em,also the dj!s did,dunno if they still do have very short brushing life,pretty soon it feels like ur head set or wheels are loose but there not its the fork knocking about! however.....im sure you!ll take delight in what ever you end up buying,custom parts are usally way better than any ome stuff,an just the confadence upgrades give you is worth it really, dont let any of us put you off an do what you thinks right,is ur money an bike afterall:-)

aren't you supposed to have a serious dislike for the french, because commencals french ok. and people only like them because the athertons ride for them, and people only liked them before that because cedric rides for them. and so began a company built on who they sponsor. their bikes aren't really that good. and they're french. so they're a bunch of ignorant pricks as far as service and warranty goes.
